Since the launch of the UIC Covid-19 Task Force created at the beginning of March, which combines UIC member companies, experts and partner organisations, relevant information and knowledge about preventive measures and procedures adapted to the railway sector have been exchanged to respond to the Covid-19 crisis.

The UIC Covid-19 Task Force has 70 Members and 18 international organisations.

In the spirit of sharing current practices, UIC members and partner organisations have provided the Task Force with significant input leading to the publication of the first UIC document on Management of Covid-19, a guidance for railway stakeholders providing potential measures, on 13 March 2020.
